The historic part of the COLLET premises is a magnificent octagonal property built from 1784-1810 in the Neo-Classical style. The figure-eight-shaped courtyard can be illustrated by a drone photo. This listed building is one of the most beautiful and best preserved on the island of Zealand.

The manor buildings are white, and the main buildings are roofed with black-glazed, hand-made Dutch tiles. The main building façade has ornamental Ionic columns and meander patterns. Red tiles were used for the side buildings to emphasise the status of the main building.

The main building and its wings were originally separate buildings. However, in the early 1900s, for practical reasons, Master of the Royal Hunt Holger Collet successfully merged the main building with the wings. From 2006-2008 the current owner completely restored all the façades and windows using original materials and techniques.
